Algarve Motorway A22 (Toll Road):                                                

Usage of the motorway (A22) must be paid or you will be charged 25€ penalty. This road is controlled by a camera that will photograph the car’s license plate.

1st- Option (Manual Payment):

48 hours after using the motorway the toll will be available to be paid. The payment must be made within the following 5 working days. To do this you must present the car’s license plate number either at the post office or at an authorized pay shop. Prices may vary and a fee will be charged.

2nd- Option (Extra toll service):

This option allows you to pay the toll usage from your credit card. The charge for the toll payment service is of 10 euros charged in advance from the rent-a-car.

The charges on your credit card for the toll will be applied 48 hours after your rental finished.

Algarve Portagem eletrónica A22 (Ex SCUT):                                                       

Uso da autoestrada (A22) deve ser pago ou será cobrado multa de 25€.

1º- Opção (Pagamento manual):

48 horas depois de usar a autoestrada (A22), a portagem estará disponível para ser paga. O pagamento deve ser feito dentro dos 5 dias úteis seguintes. Para fazer isso, devera apresentar o número da matrícula da viatura, nos correios CTT ou em uma loja autorizada. Os preços podem variar e será cobrada uma taxa administrativa.

2ª- Opção (Serviço extra portagem eletrónica):

Esta opção permite que pague o uso da portagem eletrónica do seu cartão de crédito. A taxa para o serviço de pagamento de portagem eletrónica é de 10 euros , cobrado antecipadamente no acto de entrega da viatura de aluguer.

As cobranças no seu cartão de crédito para portagem eletrónica, serão cobradas 48 horas após o término do aluguer.
